We deliver the 3 proposals based on your requirements, from there you can request all the necessary corrections until you are satisfied. If after multiple corrections you are still not satisfied and prefer to end the contract, (which has never happened to us), you can request a 50% refund and we will deliver the latest edition in .png format in case you want to take it to another designer.
First of all, we deliver the proposal(s) in a .jpg image protected with a watermark, you can request the necessary corrections and when you are satisfied, we will send you the final edition on editable format, vector, transparent image, mockup, negative version and icon, all on high resolution.
We accept Bitcoin, Dollars, and Bolívares.
The bitcoins through direct transfer, lightning or Binance Pay.
The dollars through Paypal, cash or credit card.
And the Bolívares by bank transfer.
