Store products

Refund policy
Due to the nature of our services, we can only refund 100% of the amount only if it is requested within 2 hours of the creation of the order, and only if it has not been satisfied within said period.
If requested after 2 hours and before the first delivery of the order, 80% of the requested amount will be refunded, since we charge 20% for the time spent in fulfilling the request.
After the first delivery, if the customer is still not satisfied using their correction requests. The client may request only 50% of the total amount of the order, WITHOUT the option to keep the original design in high quality or editable format, only those delivered in low quality and with a watermark.
